We are based in Bristol and work with clients throughout the south of England. Some clients are as far away as Kent, and some are as far north as Nottingham.

Are my investments protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the UK’s statutory compensation fund for customers of authorised financial services firms that are unable to pay claims against them, usually because they have gone out of business. You may be able to claim compensation from the FSCS if we cannot meet our obligations, although the amount available depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. As a guide, eligible investment claims are usually covered up to £85,000, or £170,000 for a joint account, and eligible protection claims are usually covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit; further information is available at www.fscs.org.uk.
