Clémence’s journey into financial planning began in 2017 at a like-minded, purpose-driven firm -one that, like Ovation, is both employee-owned and a B Corp. It didn’t take long for her to stand out: with a clear passion for sustainability and a drive to make finance a force for good, she quickly became a leading voice in the industry and picked up several awards along the way.
Before joining Ovation, Clémence spent three years in investment management, where she focused on creating sustainable investment solutions and helping clients understand the deeper, often complex, layers of sustainability in finance.
Clémence holds a Bachelor’s in International Management (China) from SOAS and a Master’s in Finance & Investments from Bristol University. She’s also a Chartered Financial Planner and has earned both the CFA Sustainable Investing Certificate and the CFA Climate Investing Certificate.
Outside of work, Clémence continues to give back to her community. She’s a Director at the St Mary Redcliffe Church Lands Charity in Bristol and a Presenter at Goodstock, a community dedicated to championing sustainability in financial planning.
Outside work
Clémence is always on the move—whether she’s out walking her dog, practicing yoga, lifting weights, or getting in a calisthenics session, staying active is just part of who she is. As our beloved European in the group*, she swears by the classic combo of a hot sauna followed by a shockingly cold plunge—she insists it’s the secret to feeling amazing! And of course, true to her French roots, she’ll never turn down a chance to enjoy a great meal at a nice restaurant.
*Maybe those dreams of Adrian opening an office in the Alps may come true after all!
