Pre-pandemic, meetings would be held in our meeting room at Queen Square House, with comfy sofas and a lovely view across the square, complete with a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit. We are currently conducting meetings online via Zoom. We are always happy to accommodate client needs where possible.
No, the initial meeting is free of charge. This is an informal meeting where we will listen to you so that we can understand you and your needs.
Generally an hour.
No – the planner will explain how we work and what the next steps would be which you can think about before signing up. Whilst some clients will sign up straight away, others will prefer to take time to think about it.
