I have over 30 years in business and I work for a number of employee owned businesses.

Current Managing Director of Sawday’s, an employee owned and BCorp certified travel company that brings together people and places of spirit and character for meaningful experiences with a positive social, cultural and environmental impact.

My role at Ovation involves providing governance and support to the business. I collaborate with the company on difficult and strategic decisions with a focus on employee interests. I help promote the values and culture at Ovation and ensure that employee ownership thrives at the company.
