Hayley joined Ovation after working briefly as a Library Assistant (she wasn’t allowed to call herself a ‘Librarian’!), however, she had already spent quite some time in an office environment as a Pensions Administrator at AXA. It was easy to come back to, plus her colleagues at Ovation make it all the more bearable! (sorry, enjoyable!).
Hayley loves the Ovation team’s honest work ethic. She enjoys being able to work closely, rely on one another, and laugh a lot with her colleagues (all whilst working hard, of course).
Outside work
Hayley would say she’s in the process of getting a proper hobby, but in her spare time, she enjoys a variety of activities. From being out in the sunshine and spending time with her family to watching films and true crime documentaries. Having a laugh with pals and most importantly, meeting cats.
